Information from you
To access the platform or our services, you need to provide us with information including your email and name and access to various storage, social media, credit card, optionally bank account, and other accounts you have. Self-service use of the platform requires a password and it is also possible to sign in from well known websites like Facebook and Google; if you choose to do this, you will be promoted to grant permission and possibly share your public profile information. Through your use of services or the platform, we may obtain access to creative, messaging, or other information you create or place on the platform or that you provide us. Any information that you provide is subject to storing.

Information about you
While you are using our platform or services, it is necessary for us to compile information on you including technical information. At various points in time, we may have to obtain your IP address, device ID, location, what pages you visit on our site, what browser you are using, your OS, what you search for, information on how you behave on the Website and how you behave with other users.

Performance
these are cookies that measure how often you visit our sites and how you use them. We use this information to get a better sense of how our users engage with our content and to improve our site and apps, so that users have a better experience. For example, we collect information about which of our pages are most visited by users. We also use Third-Party cookies to help with performance. These include Squarespace and Google Analytics.

Advertising
These are cookies that are used to collect information about your visit to our site, the content you have viewed, the links you have followed and information about your browser, device and IP address. This includes cookies from Google Analytics.

What we do with your information
Your information is necessary for us to make Human Agency work for you, communicate with you, inform you of important things, develop and evolve Human Agency, promote your efforts, and protect you, other users, and the public. As we operate, you understand and grant us permission to share information with relevant third parties, including our partners and subsidiaries and contractors, as required to by law, or if the platform or Courier Inc is acquired by another company.

Your information will be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the platforms we partner with. These could include Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Google and other platforms. Any future platforms that we support will also have privacy policies that you will need to look over to fully understand how your information may be used. Human Agency or these platforms may use your information to promote safety, research, support vendors, and academia.

If you choose to make ad content public, ad data and your information may be shared will anyone. All ads on the site are subject to our ad transparency practices, which may make your ad and personal information available to the public.

As a user of the platform or services, you grant grant Human Agency an unrestricted right to use your name, contact information, associated company(ies) or organization(s), your story, any likenesses, and any content you upload to the site to promote your use of the platform, the platform and Human Agency, and for Human Agency's commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your and our right to this information. You further grant that in the sharing and use of this information, no additional notification is necessary.

Modifying and deleting information
Modifying most of your settings or profile information can be done at any time. If you want to delete your account entirely, you will need to email us at privacy@humanize.org, and we will disable your account. Some information will not be permanently deleted.

Foreign information
If you live outside of the US, you should be aware that your information is being stored within the US. The protection that that data receives may or may not be equal to your home country.

Data security
Your data, especially financial and personal data, is strongly protected at all times. We do not access full credit/debit card information, and all data that we do store is encrypted.
